Agreement

By using Mercuro, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store.

Game Content

Mercuro provides thermometer logic puzzles, daily puzzles, level packs, hints, achievements, leaderboards, and unlockable themes. Puzzle availability, difficulty, and features may change over time as the app improves.

Accounts and Sync

Sign in with Apple is optional. If enabled, Mercuro uses Apple services such as iCloud Key-Value Store to recover solved progress, streaks, purchases, and unlocks. Current in-progress puzzle grids remain local to your device.

Purchases

Mercuro offers optional one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple: Remove Ads removes advertising permanently, and Mercuro Pro unlocks additional puzzle chapters and all themes (and is ad-free). Purchases apply to the Apple ID used to buy them and can be restored from Settings.

Ads and Hints

The free version can show ads around optional actions such as extra hints. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Game Center

Mercuro uses Apple Game Center for achievements and leaderboards. Game Center behavior is governed by Apple's terms and settings.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to interfere with Mercuro, reverse engineer online service behavior, manipulate leaderboards, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the App Store ecosystem.

Disclaimer

Mercuro is provided as-is. We work hard to keep progress safe and gameplay fair, but we cannot guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
