How to Play

Each puzzle is a grid of thermometers. Fill cells with mercury — always from the round bulb end upward — so that every row and column clue number is satisfied. Tap a cell to fill it, tap again to mark it empty (×), tap again to clear.

The clue badges in the margins show the number of filled cells required in each row and column. Green badge = satisfied. Red badge = overfilled.

Daily Puzzles

Three puzzles unlock every day: Warm-Up, Daily, and Challenge. They're generated on your device from the date — no internet needed. Solve all three and your streak grows.

Level Packs

The Levels tab has 800 puzzles across 8 packs (5×5 to 12×12). Chapters unlock as you complete 7 of 10 levels in the previous chapter.

Hints

Tap the lightbulb in the puzzle toolbar. A hint highlights the next logical cell or group of cells without filling it for you. You get one free hint per day; after that, watch a short ad for another hint. Go Ad-Free includes unlimited ad-free hints.

My progress disappeared

Current in-progress puzzle grids are stored locally on your device. Solved progress, streaks, purchases, and unlocks can sync through iCloud if you connect Apple ID in Settings. If you reinstall, sign in again with the same Apple ID to recover synced progress. Local-only in-progress grids are not restored after uninstall.

Apple ID Sync

Go to Settings → Save Progress → Continue with Apple. Mercuro uses your Apple ID only to recover solves, streaks, purchases, and unlocks through your iCloud account.

Restore Purchases

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside Mercuro. Purchases are restored through the App Store using your Apple ID.
