Common Questions

Is my cycle data backed up?

If you sign in with Apple, your data syncs via your personal iCloud account. Iris never has access to that data — it goes directly through Apple's infrastructure. If you don't sign in, data lives only on your device.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Profile → Delete Account & Data inside the app. This permanently removes everything, including your iCloud backup. Alternatively, deleting the app removes all local data.

How do I remove ads?

Tap the banner ad → "Remove Ads" in the app, or find it in Settings. It's a one-time purchase — no subscription.

I lost my data after reinstalling

If you were signed in with Apple and have iCloud enabled, sign back in with the same Apple ID and your data will restore. If you weren't signed in, data was stored only on your device and cannot be recovered after deletion.

The app isn't working correctly

Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the problem persists, email arbaz00@gmail.com with your iPhone model and iOS version — we'll get back to you quickly.
